2023 BOSCA Workshop Registration Open

Collegiate Resource Management announced today that the 2023 Business of Small College Athletics (BOSCA) workshop will be held Sunday, July 30^th through Tuesday, August 1, 2023 in Oklahoma City. Registration for the event is open now.

2023 marks the 11^th year for the workshop which is the only event of it’s kind that is focused on providing relevant professional development and networking opportunities for non-Division I athletic administrators. The workshop features professional development sessions led by small college administrators and multiple networking sessions.

“Professional growth was always a passion of mine”, said BOSCA Founder and former Oklahoma City University Athletic Director Jim Abbott. “The biggest challenge was finding sessions and topics that related to my position at a smaller college. You just can’t listen to a DI AD talk about how they run their department and relate to it. Ultimately, this led me to create BOSCA to ensure that administrators like me had better opportunities to connect and build skills that would propel their careers. I look forward to hosting again this summer.”

BOSCA is a leader in providing professional growth opportunities for small college administrators. In addition to the annual summer workshop, BOSCA provides virtual training programs through its Leadership and Revenue Generation Academies, produces a monthly podcast featuring small college administrators, provides virtual programming throughout the year, and will host its first one-day regional workshop beginning in Spring, 2023.
