Cohort is limited to 20 participants
BOSCA exists to meet the needs of administrators at small colleges and universities. From the beginning, a primary focus has been on the “business” aspects of running an athletic department. One of the biggest challenges athletic administrators face is managing a department in a time of diminishing resources and tightening budgets. The need for robust external revenue programs that fill the gap has never been greater.
Maximizing External Revenue Efforts
The BOSCA Revenue Generation Academy is a comprehensive program designed to provide athletic administrators the tools and skills necessary to maximize external efforts and revenue on your campus. The academy will introduce strategies and approaches that help build sustainable revenue generation programs. The academy will offer structured mentorship, multiple learning and networking opportunities, and one on one sessions resulting in a better understanding of how to build successful revenue generation programs in your department.
The academy cohort will be limited to 20 participants. Participants should be athletic directors or senior level athletic administrators at non Division I institutions. Virtual class sessions will be held beginning in January 2026 and concluding by April, 2026. Participants will receive access to the BOSCA library containing key takeaway materials, one on one mentor opportunities, and program curriculum materials.

"The BOSCA Revenue Generation Academy helped organize the plan of attack for my first academic year in a newly created role. Even as I grow skills and gain experience, I refer back to the resources from the program weekly. As with all BOSCA activities, the sessions are very interactive and directly relevant to both my day-to-day processes and strategic planning. THANK YOU BOSCA!"
David Bokhart, Director of Institutional Advancement for Athletics - Indiana Tech
"The BOSCA Revenue Generation Academy is a great resource for any industry professional who is eager to learn more about how to generate revenue through fundraising, ticket sales, sponsorships, and more in the college athletics space! I use what I learned through this academy and the resources in my daily life as a fundraiser. The academy also gives you the opportunity to connect with guest speakers and other industry professionals. I would recommend this academy to anyone working in college athletics!
