BOSCA Announces Appointment of Adam Schemm to Advisory Board
UW-Parkside AD Joins Board
The Business of Small College Athletics (BOSCA) announced today the addition of Adam Schemm, Director of Athletics at the University of Wisconsin - Parkside, to their Advisory Board.
Schemm is a veteran administrator with more than 15 years of experience in collegiate athletics administration. He assumed his current role in June of 2023 and has previous stops at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, the University of South Florida, and the University of Rhode Island.
“We are happy to welcome Adam Schemm to the BOSCA board,” said BOSCA Founder Jim Abbott. “Adam’s desire to continue to personally grow in the profession coupled with his passion to help others make him a perfect fit as we continue to fine-tune BOSCA offerings and increase our footprint. I have no doubt that Adam will make significant contributions to the continued growth of the BOSCA brand.”

Schemm has been active in BOSCA having served as a presenter at the convention and as guest faculty in the BOSCA Leadership Academy. As a member of the board, he will have a more direct impact on all BOSCA programs and offerings in addition to providing input on the future direction of the organization.
