Small College Conversations: Dr. Cade Smith

In this episode of Small College Conversations, D2.ticker’s Anthony Grassi caught up with The University of Alabama in Huntsville’s Director of Athletics Dr. Cade Smith. The two discuss in depth Smith’s transition from coaching to the interim AD role, his leadership approach and preparing for the potential for the main role. He outlined what things in his background best prepared him for this position and UAH’s next steps.
