The Leader in Small College Athletics Professional Development
Collegiate Resource Management was founded by Jim Abbott in 2012 for the purpose of providing professional development, consulting, and professional expertise to small college athletic administrators.
CRM annually hosts the Business of Small College Athletics workshop, BOSCA Regional Workshops, and virtual learning opportunities through the BOSCA Leadership Academy and BOSCA Revenue Generation Academy. In addition CRM provides campus athletic consulting on small college campuses.
Collegiate Resource Management
Since 2012, The Business of Small College Athletics (BOSCA) has been the leader in providing professional development programming for athletic administrators at non Division I colleges and universities. BOSCA has provided more than 200 presentations through in-person workshops and virtual sessions geared specifically to meet the needs of D2, NAIA, D3, and NJCAA athletic departments.
CRM also provides campus consulting services focused on helping small college athletic departments maximize their contributions to the mission of their campus. Areas of expertise include:
